Ingredients

4 large onions, sliced
2 Tbsp. margarine
4 c. water
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Saute onions in margarine until golden.
Add water, bouillon and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Dip into bowls, cover with shredded Mozzarella cheese and place under broiler until cheese bubbles.
