Diet Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 tsp. instant minced onion
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    12 oz. cream-style cottage cheese
    1 Tbsp. pimento or snipped parsley
Preparation
    Combine onion, salt and cheese.
    Beat well with mixer; chill several hours.
    Stir in pimento and parsley.
    Serve with celery, carrots, green pepper strips or any of your favorite raw vegetables.
    Makes 1 1/2 cups.
