Chinese Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked cold rice (you can prepare ahead of time and refrigerate)
    1 bunch green onions
    1/2 lb. bean sprouts
    2 eggs
    2 c. diced ham *
    1/2 c. cooking oil or sesame oil
    2 oz. soy sauce
Preparation
    *You can substitute chicken breasts, cut in small pieces and cook in wok at medium high heat in 4 tablespoons of oil until done, usually 10 to 15 minutes.
