Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. ginger
    pinch of nutmeg and salt
Preparation
    Separate
    eggs.
    Beat egg yolks, sugar and spices until smooth.
    Add
    pumpkin.
    Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into pumpkin mixture.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 425\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and continue to bake for 30 minutes.
