Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. grated Longhorn Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
    3 c. Bisquick
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix with hands until mass holds shape.
    Form into balls and bake on lightly greased cookie sheet at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Make ahead and freeze to cook later.
    Make 5 to 6 dozen walnut-sized balls.
