Sweet Potato Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (17 oz.) cans sweet potatoes, drained and mashed
2 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
2 tsp. bourbon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. brown sugar
12 large marshmallows
Preparation

Combine sweet potatoes, butter, bourbon and salt; mix well. Combine pecans and brown sugar in a small bowl.
Pat 2 generous tablespoons of sweet potato mixture around each marshmallow.
Roll each in nuts and sugar.
