Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. celery, cut in small pieces
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 small can evaporated milk
1 small jar Cheez Whiz or Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Saute broccoli, onion and celery in the margarine for 15 minutes.
Cook rice as directed on box.
Add soup, milk and cheese to broccoli mixture and add the cooked rice to mixture, also.
Put into a greased dish, approximately 10 x 10-inch.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 minutes.
Can make ahead and freeze, then bake when ready to serve.
