Suttons Bay Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bacon and ham, fried
2 qt. tomato juice
1 onion
5 medium shallots, chopped
1 c. diced artichoke
1 green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
2 c. potato puree
2 c. Michigan dry red wine
2 tsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. thyme
4 Tbsp. chili powder
4 Tbsp. maple syrup
Tabasco to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients.
Boil a few minutes, then simmer.
