Chicken Nuggets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    barbecue or taco sauce for dipping
Preparation
    Cut chicken into 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    In a bowl, stir together egg and oil.
    Dip each chicken piece in egg and then in crumbs to coat.
    Arrange chicken on a paper plate.
    Cover with another paper plate and microwave on Medium-high for 8 minutes.
