Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli
1 medium cauliflower, cut into flowerets
1 red onion, sliced
1/2 c. sliced celery
1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Remove broccoli leaves, and cut off tough ends of stalks; discard.
Wash thoroughly and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Combine broccoli, cauliflower and next 3 ingredients in a large bowl.
