Pastitsio - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. elbow macaroni
    3/4 lb. lean ground lamb, beef, turkey or chicken
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried thyme, crushed
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 slightly beaten eggs
    ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain and set aside.
    In medium saucepan, cook lamb and onion until meat is browned; drain well.
    Stir in macaroni, tomato sauce, 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon salt, thyme and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
    Spread meat mixture in a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
