Ham And Cauliflower Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

small head cauliflower
1 lb. cooked ham
3 Tbsp. quick tapioca
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
2 c. hot milk
Preparation
-
Separate cauliflower into flowerets.
Set aside.
Cook in boiling water to tender, not mushy.
Drain.
Cut ham into small chunks.
Set aside.
Combine in top of double boiler tapioca, butter, salt, pepper, paprika and hot milk.
Cook over boiling water, stirring frequently, until tapioca is clear (about 8 minutes).
