Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns, thawed slightly
    1 stick margarine or butter
    2 c. sour cream (1 pt.)
    1/2 c. onion, chopped fine or 1 tsp. dry onion
    2 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    In large bowl, separate potatoes.
    Melt margarine or butter and pour over potatoes.
    In another bowl, mix the other ingredients and pour over potatoes and mix well.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
