Chocolate Truffles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 crushed plain cookies
1 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. diced dry fruit (raisins, apricots)
1 c. icing sugar (powdered)
4 oz. melted butter
1 tsp. vanilla
coconut or chopped nuts
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients.
Roll into ball shapes.
Roll truffles in coconut or chopped nuts.
Keep refrigerated.
