Golden Potato Soup - cooking recipe

1 3/4 c. diced potatoes
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shredded carrots
1/2 tsp. parsley flakes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese or American
Preparation

Mix first eight ingredients together in just enough boiling water to cover, cooking until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
Whisk together milk and flour and stir into the vegetables.
Then add cheese.
Stir until cheese is melted.
