Easy Hamburger-Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 lb. 10 oz.) can mixed vegetables
    2 qt. tomato juice
    6 medium potatoes
    1 jar spaghetti sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    3 lb. hamburger
    2 c. instant potatoes
Preparation
    Empty mixed vegetables, tomato juice and spaghetti sauce into large pan.
    Peel and dice potatoes and put with vegetables.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 1 hour.
    Brown hamburger; drain and add to vegetables.
    To thicken soup, add 1 to 2 cups of instant potatoes.
    Cook additional 10 minutes.
    Serves 20 people.
