Chicken Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1 c. onions
2 c. potatoes
1/4 c. cornstarch
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. carrots
1 c. celery
1 stick butter
1 qt. milk
salt
pepper
Preparation

Remove boiled chicken from broth and bone it.
To broth, add carrots, onion, celery and potatoes.
Cook until tender.
In another pot, mix milk, butter and cornstarch.
Add cheese.
Cook until cheese melts.
Add to broth.
Season with salt and pepper. Freezes well.
