Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    2 c. chopped bananas
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. oil
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, do not drain
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, bananas and pineapple. Do not beat the mixture. Bake in 3 layers at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Cool cake layers, then frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
