Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    2 eggs
    1 c. shredded cheese
    1 c. Bisquick mix
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter souffle dish (1 1/2-quart).
    Cook broccoli and drain.
    Beat eggs, milk, Bisquick and salt with hand mixer until smooth.
    Stir in broccoli and cheese. Bake about 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
    Serve immediately.
