Low-Fat Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked elbow macaroni
    1 (8 or 12 oz.) carton pot cheese
    1 egg plus 1 egg white
    skim milk to barely cover
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In large casserole, mix cooked macaroni, pot cheese (not cottage cheese), eggs, milk and salt.
    Top with dabs of low-fat margarine or butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until top is nicely browned.
