Baked Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. round steak, tenderized
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    4 Tbsp. Crisco
    salt; pepper; flour
Preparation
    Saute onion in Crisco until light brown; remove from skillet. Cut steak into serving pieces, flour and brown where onion was sauteed.
    Add salt and pepper and remove meat from skillet.
    Put meat in a small roaster or covered dish.
    Add enough water and flour in skillet to make 2 cups of thin brown gravy.
    Add catsup and Worcestershire sauce.
    Spread onion over steak and pour gravy over the top.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours or until tender.
