Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    1 c. white sugar
    1 c. self-rising flour
    3 egg yolks
    5 Tbsp. pineapple juice or water
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 egg whites
Preparation
    Put butter, brown sugar and pineapple to melt in an iron frying pan.
    Mix white sugar, flour, egg yolks, vanilla and baking powder in a bowl with pineapple juice.
    Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into batter. Pour batter over pineapple in skillet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
