Pink Arctic Freeze - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 (No. 1) can (2 c.) whole cranberry sauce
1 (9 oz.) can (1 c.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation

Soften cheese and blend in mayonnaise and sugar.
Add fruits and nuts.
Fold in whipped cream.
Pour into loaf pan (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch).
Freeze firm 6 hours or overnight.
