Ingredients

1 stick butter
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 small can coconut
Preparation

Melt butter.
Beat eggs with a fork.
Add sugar and stir.
Add buttermilk, butter and vanilla.
Mix well.
Stir in coconut. Pour in pie crusts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Makes 2 pies.
