Country Breakfast Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1 (9-inch) pie shell
1 1/2 lb. grated Swiss cheese
1/4 c. bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. light cream
Preparation

Cook sausage until done.
Crumble and drain.
Mix cheese and sausage.
Sprinkle in shell.
Combine other ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Pour into shell.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Cool.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
