Greek Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head iceberg lettuce, cut in cubes
    3 tomatoes, diced
    1 onion, thinly sliced
    1 green pepper, thinly sliced
    1 c. black olives, cut in half
    1 cucumber, sliced
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Combine all vegetables in large bowl and chill.
    When ready to serve, beat olive oil and vinegar until smooth.
    Pour over salad. Add oregano with salt and pepper to taste.
    Toss salad until all particles are coated.
    Serve at once.
