Creole Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    2 medium size green peppers, chopped
    2 medium size onions, chopped
    3 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Salt and pepper the chops and place in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
    Cover with rice, green peppers and onions.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Combine boiling water and catsup.
    Pour over chops and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour until chops and rice are tender.
