Chicken Farfalle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces chicken breast
1 clove garlic
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, diced
1 can sliced mushrooms
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Thyme
Basil
Oregano
Rosemary (optional)
Bowtie Pasta
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparation

Boil water and soften the bowtie pasta.
Grill the chicken then chop into bite sized pieces. Dust the chicken lightly with basil.
Chop the garlic into fine pieces, slice the green pepper into long, narrow slices, and dice the onion.
In a pan or skillet, heat olive oil (cover the bottom of the pan) and add the garlic.
When garlic begins to simmer, add the spaghetti sauce. Cut the chicken in bite sized pieces.
Add to the sauce the rosemary, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, pepper and mushrooms.
When the sauce is bubbling, add the green peppers and onions.
Let it heat, then add the pasta and chicken.
Incorporate all ingredients together.
Serve hot.
