Party Ham Sandwiches - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (4 1/2 oz.) can deviled ham (or leftover ground up ham)
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
1/4 c. finely chopped dill pickle
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 slices white bread
4 slices rye bread
1 (4 oz.) container whipped cream cheese
snipped parsley
pimento strips
Preparation

Combine ham, celery, dill pickle and mayonnaise or salad dressing.
Cover and chill.
Remove crusts from bread (if desired).
Spread white bread slices with ham mixture; top with rye bread slices.
Frost tops with cream cheese.
Cut each sandwich diagonally into quarters.
Decorate sandwiches with parsley or pimiento.
Makes 16 sandwiches.
