Corn Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c milk
1 tsp vegetable oil
1 c canned corn, drained
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and drop by spoonful into hot fat.
Brown on both sides (3-4 minutes total).
Drain on paper towel.
