Ruby Allen Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
dash of salt
2 beaten egg yolks
2 c. milk or canned milk

Preparation

Mix sugar, cocoa, salt and eggs, then flour and milk in saucepan.
Stir until it begins to thicken.
Pour in baked pie shell and let cool and beat 2 or more egg whites with 2 teaspoons sugar to each egg white until stiff.
Spread on top and brown. May add 1 teaspoon vanilla if desired.
