Ingredients

2 fryers or the equivalent
1 bottle Russian dressing
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 c. salad oil
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Preparation

Mix all ingredients; pour over chicken.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
Serve over rice.
