Beef Taco Skillet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can tomato soup
    1 c. salsa or picante sauce
    1/2 c. water
    8 flour or corn tortillas, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook beef in skillet until browned. Pour off fat. Add soup, salsa, water, tortillas and 1/2 cup of cheese. Heat to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until hot. Top with remaining cheese. Serves 4.
