No Fuss Potato Soup - cooking recipe

1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
2 c. water
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 (12 oz.) can low-fat evaporated milk
Preparation

Combine first four ingredients in a large soup pan. Bring to a boil. cover and reduce heat. Simmer for 30 minutes. Stir in soup and milk. Yield: 8 servings.
