Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (may use canned)
1 c. sugar or equivalent in sweetener
1/4 c. butter, melted
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk

Preparation

Mix ingredients in mixer and pour into Pyrex dish.
