Tropical Fruit And Nut Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
    3 envelopes Knox gelatine
    1/4 c. honey
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1/2 c. flaked coconut
Preparation
    Drain pineapple.
    Reserve juice.
    Mix gelatine and juice in saucepan.
    Let stand one minute.
    Stir over low heat until completely dissolved (about 5 minutes).
    Stir in honey, pineapple, nuts, raisins and coconut.
    Turn into 9-inch square pan.
    Chill until firm.
    Cut into bars.
