Mozzarella Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 boneless chicken breasts
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 pkg. Town House crackers
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    garlic salt to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 c. hot water
    8 slices Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Soak chicken in eggs for 2 hours.
    Roll crackers into fine crumbs and mix with parsley flakes and garlic salt.
    Roll chicken in crumb mixture.
    Brown both sides in butter in skillet.
    Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in baking dish.
    Place chicken in dish. Dissolve chicken bouillon cubes in hot water and pour over chicken. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Last 10 minutes place 1 slice Mozzarella cheese on each breast.
    Bake until
    melted.
