Shipwreck Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium potatoes, thinly sliced
2 medium sliced onions
2 lb. hamburger
1 (16 oz.) can green beans
1 (16 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 large can onion rings to taste
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In 9 x 13-inch or 8 x 8-inch greased pan, add 1 layer of thinly sliced onions.
Add layer of thinly sliced potatoes.
Add hamburger on top.
Layer on green beans.
Mix soup with milk and pour over all.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done.
Top with onion rings 10 minutes before done.
Can be prepared and refrigerated the day before.
