Chinese Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breasts
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 clove garlic, minced (can use garlic powder)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients and marinate chicken.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes if bone-in or 30 minutes if boneless.
    Baste while baking. Serves 4 to 6.
