Crepes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Sift together the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Oil an 8-inch iron skillet and heat.
Pour in 1/4-cup of batter and tilt skillet until batter is round.
Let cook until bubbles form.
Then quickly flip crepe over and let it get only lightly tan.
Stack with paper toweling until ready to serve.
