Asparagus And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh asparagus
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 egg yolk, hard boiled
Preparation
    Boil asparagus until tender.
    Arrange on platter and pour sour cream over evenly.
    Garnish with finely grated egg yolk.
