Company Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium white potatoes
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in skin until done; cool and peel.
    Grate potatoes in a large bowl.
    Take the remaining ingredients and put them in a medium saucepan over low heat.
    When mixture is hot and margarine is melted, pour over potatoes.
    Stir until blended. Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until done (uncovered).
