Johnnie Bozzetti Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 c. celery
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat (lean)
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can LeSueur white kernel corn
    1 small bottle stuffed green olives
    1 (5 to 8 oz.) pkg. small noodles
    10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onion and celery.
    Brown meat.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, corn and olives.
    Boil noodles according to directions; drain.
    Combine all ingredients, reserving half the cheese for top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. Serves 6 to 8.
    Freezes well.
