Lipton Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/2 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large bag or bowl add all ingredients.
Shake or stir until evenly coated.
Empty potatoes in shallow baking dish, stirring occasionally until golden brown for 40 minutes.
