Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. smashed, very ripe bananas*
2 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. margarine
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

*If banana skins are not black, peel and smash yellow bananas and leave on counter at room temperature for 1 - 2 hours.
Set bananas aside.
They will be added in at the end of recipe. Mix together vanilla, margarine and sugar.
Add eggs.
In a separate bowl combine flour, soda, cream of tartar and salt.
