Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes
1/4 c. butter
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 small carton sour cream
Preparation

Peel and cook potatoes.
Mash with butter, then add other ingredients.
May be put in baking dish to store in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
