Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 lb. chicken or 4 to 5 chicken breasts, boiled
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. almonds
1 stick butter
3 Tbsp. poppy seeds
Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cool and debone chicken.
Mix soups, sour cream and almonds. Melt butter and crumble until butter is taken up.
Top casserole with this and sprinkle with poppy seeds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
If you double the recipe, leave off 1 can of celery soup.
