Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice*
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 2/3 c. evaporated milk (1 tall can)
    1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin or 2 c. fresh pumpkin, drained well**
    2 regular pie crusts or 1 deep dish
Preparation
    Put everything in blender; blend until smooth.
    Pour into pie crusts.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
