Mother'S Meat Loaf (Bacon And Dill) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
3/4 c. minced onion
2 eggs
2 lb. chopped beef
2 Tbsp. horseradish
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. ketchup
1/4 c. chopped dill pickles
6 slices bacon (crisp)
Preparation

Prepare bread crumbs, minced onion and pickles.
In large bowl, beat eggs with fork.
Lightly mix in chopped beef, add bread crumbs, onion, mustard, milk and ketchup along with all ingredients.
Shape meat into a loaf and place in shallow baking dish.
Spread ketchup on top of loaf.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
When done, pour off excess juices.
