Texas Torte No. 1 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 c. milk
    sausage, lightly browned and drained (optional)
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (optional)
    1/2 lb. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
Preparation
    Add flour, salt and milk to the beaten eggs and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 8 x 12 dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. Cut into squares.
